EMI not given

i purchased a 8 GB pen drive HP made for RS.562/-on 6oct.11.MERCHANT had displyed EMI on it. but this facility didn't given it to me. pls take up d matter

you have to choose the EMI facility and check the EMI box, did you check the EMI box while making payment.

Hi My question is, when you are saying that for EMI option minimum transaction value should be 2500/-, then why you are showing items below 2500/- as EMI option. If the items below 2500/- can be purchased on EMI basis, then please change your web settings, customer can buy, else do not put the EMI option for any item below 2500/-. Thank you Balram
