Hi online Buyers,
With great grief i am writing this since i had to been the victim to the Ebay and Its sellers.
I have purchased a laptop worth 35k from Ebay and used it for 8 months .My battery got failed and when i called the Manufacturer,I came to know that my laptop was shipped from other country and was sold to me and i am not eligible to claim the warranty ,they also suggested me to get replaced from Seller to claim the Warranty.
When i contacted the seller, he said that he would send me some acknowledgement so that i can claim for warranty.
Then To my surprise when i tried to contact Seller for the next time since i didnt receive any acknowledgement the phone is getting switched off . i have tried calling them n no. of times but no use.
And the greatest surprise been when i contacted Ebay Customer care,they said Ebay is not responsible for the things that are older than 30 days.
Does anybody expect 30 days warranty for the laptop which is 35 k worth.
Shame on Ebay India to fool the people with Fraud Sellers
Please don't buy anything from Ebay .
