This is to bring to your notice that my account has been placed with selling restrictions. I wrote couple of times to tns team and finally they replied after 4 days and said that they feel me and another seller who is no longer registered with ebay is one and the same.
Sir, I do not understand this. I have nothing to do with any such person and do not know who he/she is. I am pretty new in ebay and registered as seller and also completed my KYC for paisapay.
If you need any other details, I am willing to submit. Please help me to restore my account.
Waiting for your answer.
Regards
Renuka

First they shut you down and when you enquire the reason, they tell you tell may need several days to find out the reason why.
Isn't is simply insane? If they do not know the reason of shutting you down, why shut you down at all?
Two days ago we found that we were not not able to upload any listings and were asked to email TnS for the reason.
We promptly send out a mail to TnS and this is the reply we received :
"Each email that we receive is fully investigated so we may provide you with detailed information to your questions. As a result, it may take several days before we can respond to you. Please help us keep our
response time down by sending your email only once. We will respond back to you as quickly as possible."
Yeh to woh hi baat hui, pehle danda maro, phir sawal poochoo!
We are a 4 year old seller with 98.9% ratings ratio.
Still they shut us down without assigning any reason.

Taken your words. I shall not mark it private henceforth. It was chosen by mistake. I am pretty new on this platform and did not know much. I do appreciate your gesture.
God Bless

Believe me I was just curious as to why people make their listings private, anyway thanks for your frank reply. I liked it.
All the best to you for many happy years on ebay.

As told earlier I am pretty new selling online and this is my first experience. And by mistake I checked on private listing and it continued by default. Anyways I am correcting it now.
And regarding your question if I have any links with the said account. Sorry I do not know who he/she is. I am an old widow selling in retail in the known circle for sometime now and first time I am here on ebay.
Dear SNRama
Thank you for your support.
GOD Bless

Renuka is right.Ebay does not care for old guys.Laloo was good about this.Me and my wife get railway concessions just for asking. That you pple should learn from.Senior citizens been useful people and should command due attention.
May be eBay India should give concession in FVF for oldys.
Thanx,
Truly,
Amitava
PS:Ebay should give me PS status because I meet standards. But who cares!

The seller is not shipping becos ebay has not paid them and when the shipment is delayed and I am annoyed about the delay which is a month. The seller confirms that he has not received the payment so he cannot ship and Ebay support says that payment has been disbuursed.
I would like to understand why should I pay Rs 50 for no fault of mine or Ebay system issues.
