EBAY PLEASE HELP... Being penalised for no fault

Dear Indraneel

This is to bring to your notice that my account has been placed with selling restrictions. I wrote couple of times to tns team and finally they replied after 4 days and said that they feel me and another seller who is no longer registered with ebay is one and the same.

Sir, I do not understand this. I have nothing to do with any such person and do not know who he/she is. I am pretty new in ebay and registered as seller and also completed my KYC for paisapay.

If you need any other details, I am willing to submit. Please help me to restore my account.

I'll surely try to help you in this regard. I'd advise you to contact the 'Trust and Safety' team at inrswebhelp@ebay.com and put forth your concern wherein you claim that the account to which you are linked for suspension does not in any means belongs to you.

I am very sorry to state the way your tns team handles the issues. First they asked me furnish details to a email id and I did that. Then they replied they cannot open to send it to another email id. I have sent it to the new email id and also I sent the URL where I have stored the pictures too along with the attachments.

Now they want me to send it again. This will be the fourth time. I feel that you ebay people do not want to resolve it and just you are harrassing an old widow who wants to try selling online. I am really dissappointed.
Please help.

Please don't worry. Ebay will never let you down if you are genuine. Hoping that T & S team will remove the selling restrictions.

Can you tell why all your listing are private.

I mean what is so secretive in someone buying a sari of Rs.2500/- that you have made all listings private.

This private listing issue has always bugged me. I mean no offense to you, this is my personal view.
