I WON A MOBILE FROM THE SELLER IN AUCTIONS

AND MADE PAYMENT THROUGH PAISAPAY ON 05/02/09 THE VERY NEXT DAY AFTER WINNING!!
I ASKED THE SELLER TO SHIP IT FAST AS I NEED TO GIFT IT TO MY RELATIVE!!

THE SELLER TOLD IT WILL TAKE 2-3 DAYS FOR HIM TO SHIP !!!

I SAID OK!!!

LATER I CALLED HIM AFER 2 DAYS HE TOLD THAT HE WILL SHIP IT SOON AND BEFORE THE DEADLINE HE WILL SHIP!!!

I ASKED WHY???

AS I NEEDED IT URGENTLY!!! I HAVE WON IN AUCTION I MADE PAYMENT!!!

PLZ SHIP SOON!!!

THEN I ASKED HIM THE REASON FOR DELAY!!!

HE TOLD THAT HE HAS TO GET IT FROM HIS DEALER AND THEN ONLY HE WILL SHIP IT!!!

I SAID WHAT THE HELL???

YOUR NOT HAVING THE MOBILE THEN HOW COULD U SELL???

HE TOLD THAT IT SHOULD COME FROM MUMBAI TO DELHI AND THEN I WILL SHIP IT!!!!


I KNEW SOMETHING IS FISHY!!!!


LATER I DINDT ASK HIM!!!!
BUT KEPT MAILING HIM!!! JUST AS REMINDER TO SENT IT FOR WHCIH HE DIDNT REPLY!!!

LATER ON THE DEADLINE DATE HE ENTERED FAKE SHIPPING DETAILS!!! JUST TO AVOID REFUND BACK TO ME!!! (TNT 337411095)


I CHECKED IT ONLINE BUT IT SHOWS DESTINATION DELHI!!!
SELLER IS FROM DELHI AND I AM FROM KARNATAKA!!!

FRAUD SELLER HE HAS SHIPPED SOME DOC TO HIS FRIEND OR RELATIVE!!!!

JUST TO AVOID DEADLINE!!!!


I IMMEDITATLEY MAILED EBAY ABOUT THIS AND THEN THE I CALLED SELLER TO ASK HIM WHAT IS HE UPTO???

HE SAID THAT HE ENTERED IT BY MISTAKE AND HE GAVE ME OTHER NO AND ASKED TO TRACK!!!!

I TRACKED IT AND IT WAS WORKING FINE!!!!

LATER THE PARCLE ARRIVED ON MONDAY TO MY HOUSE AND I WASENT THERE AT HOME
MY MOM RECEIVED IT AND LATE IN THE EVENING I CAME HOME AND I OPENED IT AND I WAS SCHOKED TO SEE THAT THERE WASENT MOBILE IN IT!!!!

THERE WAS A DAMAGED HEADPHONE AND A NON COMPATIBLE CHARGER!!!!

HE SAID ALL ACC IN THE LISTING BUT I RECEIVED ONLY HEADSET AND CHARGER!!! NO SET AND NO ALL ACC!!!!

FRAUD SELLER!!!!

I GOT ANGRY AND MAILED EBAY AND SELLER!!!!

THE SELLER TOLD HE WILL SEE THROUGHT IT AND SAY ME in 24 HIOURS!!!

HE SAID HE HAS FILED A POLICE CASE!!!!

OK!!!!

BUT LATER NO REPLY!!! SO I SENT THE BOX AND THE ACC AS I RECEIVED IT IN SAME CONDITION THROUGH DTDC ON 17TH AND GOOD PACKING AND IT REACHED HIM ON 20TH FEB!!!!

NOW I HAVE REQUESTED FOR REFUND!!!!

BUT EBAY IS A BIG FRAUD SUPPORTING THESE FAKE SELLERS!!!

WHO DONT HAVE GOODS IN THEIR POSESSION AND WANT TO CHEAT!!!!


THEY HAVE SENT ME A MAIL SAYING THAT THEY HAVE REJECTED MY REFUND REQUEST!!!!

I AM VERY SHOCKED SEEONG IT!!! AND HERE IS MY POST AFTER READING IT!!!


PLZ GOD AND EBAY MEMBERS HELP ME!!!!


I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!

The frequent negative feedbacks of the seller speaks it all. The buyer has presented his case beautifully in details. Anybody who reads his case will have no doubt about this case, that the seller is clearly at fault. eBay must do justice to this buyer

dear sir it is the not the fault of the seller the seller may have shipped the item to you but the courier people are all mother fuckers they rob the items i have lost of my business because of this only it happens in kolkota assam and mumbai the most put these mother fuckers to rest they are making loss of business i request ebay only to open a courier center in all parts of india so that their business may run

I feel sorry for your unfortunate experience. I would advice you to contact PaisaPay and claim a refund.

If this does not work then I would advice you to consult a good lawyer. There are so many people to help you. You can file an F.I.R. at your local police station. You can seek for justice in a Consumer Court. If you want to speed up the justice process then you might be considering visiting the press. If I were you, I would.

However, If you do not have time for all this then you have no other choice than to wait for PaisaPay team.

One thing is for sure that eBay will loose its good & honest regular buyers at the price of some fraud sellers.
