Hi

lots of buyer suffer from the seller. I think we will be the first seller who suffer both from ebay and buyer.

One buyer purchase a pen camera ( we are the one who introduce into ebay) we send it to destination after 15 days use he said the button got jamm and need a replacement we told him send it back.

As soon the item is received we found the button was damaged. In that case warraty is avoid.

Still for reputation and postive feedback we ready to send him back the product. He wanted brand new without use which is not possible. Now he threat he will claim in ebay pasia so he did it.

As ebay policy they in favour of buyer always anyway we did not want to continue more arugmens he gave him refund.

Now ebay want a proof of it so we email them statment of bank transfer..

Now the best part is ebay reply saying we gave you enough time now we are approving buyer claim give hime refund + 550rs in favour of ebay as penalty.

WOW refund is made already now they want me to pay more. send them 10 times email regarding the scene plus documents... what ebay do NOOOOOOOOOOOO RESPONSEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE

we are not going to pay a single penny to buyer at any cost better to close my account.

Why do you ask a buyer to send the defective or damaged product back to you? Why do electronic companies spend huge amounts of money on service centers?

You should always advice the buyer to take the product to his nearest service center. On you part you should give him an invoice which he needs to product at the service center. You must also fill up the warranty card and send it to the buyer.

Service centers and call centers have been set up by almost every companies because they know that at some point buyers will end up complaining about something. So there should be someone to take care of all these stuff.

I do not sell electronics. However, when I do I will search the buyer's nearest service center and help him locate it.

If you ask the buyer to send the item back to you and again send a new one to him, that means more courier charges. No one is happy to pay the extra shipping. We need to change the way we handle buyers requests.
