EBAY DOES NOT CARE CUSTOMERS

I made a purchase and did not receive the item. After sending multiple emails to seller and starting dispute console and giving negative feedback finally received the item which is not as per description. I saw that EBAY has not even looked at the dispute and not even added its comment or bothered to reply.

If many such cases happen in future, EBAY should be shut down if consumer is not protected from fraud sellers. When payment is made from bank gateways, it is the EBAY that receives the payment from buyer party and thus EBAY is very much involved in any good or bad trasaction.

My feedback to EBAY team is to be serious and prevent frauds. Make it mandatory to publish the address and contact information of seller on the most visted pages.
Items should be received as per picture shown. You can't show a picture of a Mercedes car and sell cheap car. This should be stopped. Photograph should be actual. The description should be correct. EBAY should be more proactive in this.

Ebay team,

Is there any seller protection on your platform?
Everytime its not just the money but reputation is also important and sometimes its more than important than money.
If a buyer threatens you to leave negative feedback to get what he wants and dictates the terms what should we do as sellers?
You will tell to report with full email header but what if we had been threatened on phone and havent recorded buyers' voice(comments/words)
