Well I have decided, will not left any feedback with negaitive ICON. Because negaitve feedback remains on eBAY system till the beneficiry reach to the CC. One reach CC negaive feedback fate of feedback is over.
Fine, You helped a lot expaling the eBAY system. Will you suggest me on this Issue:
Surprising, Neither I have received the item nor the refund since 27/07/2010 to till date.
One of My Appeal was attained by eBAY and eBAY observation was Seller is abusing the Trade / Refund process on 04/08/2010 and afterward my Appeals are pending with eBAY unattended.
eBAY seems to helpless to act for buyers as per their buyer protection program.
What's you view?
