Listed an Item in my new Store in March 2010
Hence I am eligible for the ebay's promotion of 6 months free ebay store.
Your system is wrongly charging me fees for the store from the very 1st month I opened my account in ebay.
I had written several times. but somebody without checking my account just casually reply back with useless information and is not willing to solve the issue.
I request you to please do your favour by going through the matter and solving it urgently.
eBay should honour the promotions if announced by them. Not honouring them in time causes mistrust and many sellers like anusonu is disillusioned and left eBay. It is not understood why it is taking months to give the due credit. Also eBay pink like Seema should not give misinformation that credits are already posted, when it is not done as confirmed by sellers.
Thanks for writing in it. Who will credit the amount of DOW which is pending from last 2 months ? Why its delayed everytime ? About buyers money you take quick decisions and about sellers why long time he has to wait ????
I understand that your concerns with the credits. As I mentioned, all eligible sellers have received the credits, however since you have raised a concern, I would check on this and get back to you.
I understand that you are concerned about the posts created by the other sellers. Hence I wish to inform you that eBay always honors the promotions that are conducted as the whole purpose is that the members benefit out of it and make the most of it.
Basis the eligibility criteria the credits are posted on the members accounts. In case the credits haven't been posted, its only when the members do not meet the required parameters.
Since this is account related information and cannot be disclosed on the boards, we have reached out to the sellers individually regarding the credits and clarified their concerns.
On Friday, 21 May, 2010 9:17 AM I received an email from Seema where she promissed that the credits will be posted against my account in the next few hours, BUT I still see that my account is not completely credited and I am still getting emails from eBay Global Collections today 25th May 2010 at 2.03AM and harashing me by saying my eBay Account is Past Due.
When I found that the credits were not completely posted as promised by Seema I wrote to her and got a reply saying She is Out of Office & will be back in office on 26th May 2010.
