Hello,
I am a seller at eBay.in. On 27th March 2010 i called eBay customer desk to confirming my eligibility for the 'Women's Day scheme - 6 month free shop subscription'. The lady on other end confirmed it and also guided me step-by-step to subscribe for the Shop. But, Shop Subscription fees was charged in my invoice.
(27-Mar - 15-Apr) Shop Subscription Fee - Rs.192.90
(16-Apr - 15-May) Shop Subscription Fee - Rs.299.00
Since the generation of Invoice I have called the customer care 3 times and they assured that I was wrongly charged and provided this email address on Apr 21, 2010 'incswebhelp@ebay.com' to mail my request there. I did that twice but they didn't replied in 23 days.
I am repeatedly getting the payment reminders via mails and even a phone call yesterday. I was asked for the name of the customer care executive who verified my eligibility to 'Women's Day scheme - 6 month free shop subscription'. I told him that i don't remember the name but executive was a girl.
Yesterday when i called cust.care, Sameera, The executive, told me that i'll get a call back in 12 hrs but still i got no call. case id is 00326683.
What did i do wrong? As a seller i did 100%. As per seller rules my listings, packaging, shipping, customer alerts, delivery time, feedback everything is appreciated by buyers. and now i have to pay for eBay's customer service.
