E-Bay False Claim Guarantee and pathetic Customer Service

This is not my first experience buying from ebay, and let me tell ya that the site is a big time fraud. Once the payment is made for the product, the buyer is totally on his own. I have place orders twice from ebay and at both times, the products were not good. Firstly, i received a pen drive, which stopped working the third day onwards. Now, since the electronics are under warranty, ebay backs off saying that we don't cover these products.
Second product I ordered was a Shoulder bag, which came in a damaged condition. when i called the Customer Support(CC), the first reply was.. " we don't cover damages" After like a week of continuously trying, I got one CC executive, who raised a claim for me. But unfortunately, against the wrong product. ( So this shows their incompetency). So I called again to correct the claim. Fortunately, they understood their fault and raised another claim for the right product. But since then I am being harassed continuously. First, I get a call from a local no. which if missed, cannot be contacted again as incoming calls are blocked on that number. Then I am asked to fill additional info, upload images, blah blah... which I do immediately.After 3 days, inspite of this, I get a call saying that I took delayed action and the seller's take back period (7days) has expired. (Now tell me whose fault it is). After a firing from my side, the idiots check the mail and confirm the claim was not time barred(it isn't till date as 30 day guarantee is supposed to be ebay policy as they claim so). Then I am asked to reship the product back (at my own cost I presume). Dunno why cant they arrange for a pick up(or rather they don't want that responsibility on their head). I do so and even mail them the receipt. Now I have a mail stating that I have not given any proof of dispatch. This is Outrageous.... Why can't a single executive handly the entire refund claim. these people don't check their mails, don't respond to calls, keep us waiting till infinity for a mere Rs. 900 claim.
Also, every time you call, you have to go through that customer verfication process.. I mean, don't thee people have a customer code or something?
Can we collectively sue them plz...
