Ebay should exclude Books & Magazine from the Duplicate Policy as there are many old rare books sold with different condition photos.
The description, matters are same but the condition of the books would be a little different and buyer chooses to buy from it.
Hope ebay looks into it and exclude the Books & Magazines Category.
