This is my plight with Ebay.
I am another victim of Ebay Buy One and Get one scheme. I bought an item for Rs 46,798 using paisa pay id : 32232581356. & Gift Name:-BUYONELP02 on sep 27th. So far the promised shipment of my gift item never been shipped. All my calls to the customer care fell into deaf ear. I have been told that someone from their back-end team will be in touch with me which never happened. Frustrated, I lost all my faith on e-bay and will never fall into the trap of ebay again with their luring promotional scheme.
