I purchased Samsung mobile phone worth 17990 from ebay on 12-Nov. I did not find any place to put coupon code while making payment using paypaisa. Later when I tried to redeem the gift I got message that I am not eligible. I had a chat with support staff and called them as well. I explained them the situation and they asked me to send mail to inpromotions@ebay.in on 28-Nov & then 05-Dec. I also expressed my displeasure on at least two surveys. I haven't got any response and now I don't have any hope either. But my trust in ebay brand has taken a serious dent. Must say ... Very unprofessional conduct.
