i too had not received...but ebay people are not worried and now i had lost interest in purchasing through ebay. These people had not sent the diwali gifts and now they are advertising winter sale. They are cheating the customers. They do not respond in this forum also.

Yeah... eBay India is pathetic... they keep advertising everyday but they are not bothered about customers at all... Why advertise free gifts when you can't keep up ?
And the worst customer care on top of that... no replies whatsoever...

I bought a Sony camera on ebay - PaisaPay ID 30073558197 on October 3rd 2011. I had used the eBay promotion code : EBAYDUSS05 on the same and was supposed to receive a Skull Candy Rider headphones. I have not heard from eBay till now on this and my email was not replied to either.

Even I have not received diwali gift either. I used to advocate about ebay asking others to buy from here but seeing this cheating by them can't do that anymore and ebay is not even replying here. Ebay we expect little better from you.

I had opted for the below after shopping for around 32313/- till Oct 22nd during the diwali. Never got my gift till date!

Can you please update on this? Please note that I have called 10 times and had a chat for 3 times with 2 ref IDs for the same and 6 mails with no responses. Your phone lines are always busy or continuously engaged.

Need help now. I had an update 15 days back on chat that I SHALL GET MY ITEM BY 30th of JAN i.e., TODAY but still NO RESPONSE. Can you please take some action as am really dissatisfied with the false communication in this regard.
