Diwali Gift Not Received Yet

I have selected a Nokia c2 00 Phone for the diwali offer and Its been close to a month and I have'nt received yet. I would request the concern people to look into my query and speed up the process.

I TRIED CALLING CUSTOMER CARE BUT WAS MADE TO WAIT FOR 45 MINUTES AND WAS INTENTIONALLY CUT OFF.
I was not able to contact customer care since then...
Ebay has EXACTLY showing it's horrific face.

i hope ebay has explanations for this.

I havent received my free gift either. But I am not surprised since I didnt receive a pen drive I had opted for from last year's promotion either!

I had made an order on 22nd Jan 2013. The paisa pay id for the same is 32972412299. I did not get the product delivered on time. I got a message from Ebay on 25 Jan saying the courier service is not available in my place & that they have shipped the order through speed post. Any speed post should reach my place in max 3 days time. I waited for 3 days & when I called the customer care, they told me that I can raise for refund request if my product is not delivered by 31st Jan or max by Feb 1st.

I waited till Feb 1 & raised the refund request by 5 pm.The seller called me the next day saying they have already shipped the product & I will receive the product in 2-3 days time. (Even today I have not received it ).I clearly told her that I was not interested in the product any more because I had ordered it as a birthday gift & that the birthday which was on 29th Jan got over. On monday 4th feb, I again called customer care to know the status of my refund, but they asked me to wait for another 24 - 48 hrs before which they would get back to me.

The 48 hrs also passed & I did not get any call or message from ebay. So I called the customer care again & to add to my frustration, he asked me to wait again for 24 - 48 hrs. Ebay service is really frustrating. Its a mistake that I did not go through this feedback page before placing the order. I will now communicate to my friends/colleagues that they should beware of making any deal with ebay.

Have followed up with ebay customer care so many times but all I get the reply is I would get the gift by next week.


Will I get to know how much log do I have to wait. The 45 waiting period is already over.

we all facing same problem from eBay b'cos i am also yet not receive my gift which i was purchase on Diwali and i also called 5 times and chat with customer center but every time gave me only next date so i am closing my account in future b'cos of bad service from ebay.

Counting 45 days from that, it means gift should have been dispatched on or before 5th Feb. 2013.
Today is 5th March, still many users r still waiting.
