I have emailed twice to the customer support team. NO replies. Very poor customer service. I will think twice before buying again. Have to run so much behind them.
They should clearly mention in the promotion ads also that at the time of redemption of gifts, we are going to cause delays and if you ask ab out the delays, we are not going to reply.

eBay is an IT company which means more computers and less manpower. They get huge orders for gifts which I think needs to be processed manually.

Hai guys I am really happy to inform you that my ebay gift 500 GB WD HDD was received 2day morning. Thank you ebay. Even though it took around 70 days finally I got it...hope you people will also receive the same soon.
