Diwali Gift Not Received Yet

I have selected a Nokia c2 00 Phone for the diwali offer and Its been close to a month and I have'nt received yet. I would request the concern people to look into my query and speed up the process.

10 days over and still no response from the eBay... Its very disappointing.

Is this the kind of attention and service that eBay gives to it's customers ? I am waiting for a reply from the eBay since a week or plus and no one at the ebay cares to give me a proper response.
