I bought a Pearl from Invogue-inc which was listed as a 4ct. Very Fine Quality Pearl with approx. Market Price of Rs.800/-. I recd a Fake/Shell Pearl worth less than a Rupee, that too with a Crack mark. On multiple complains I just recd some Auto replies for 3 days. After putting my -ve FB, they replied. The seller made it a condition that he will refund me only if I withdraw the -ve FB and return the worthless Fake Pearl. Since then I have recd the refund but had to spend considerable time and money for that.
Many other buyers are also putting -ve FB to this seller. Ebay should have proper and easier mechanism to monitor & deal with such cases and make it safer for buyers. Most of the rules of ebay regarding cheating by sellers are just for the sake of legalities more as to save ebay but less caring for a buyer who has been cheated. Hope for a better & safer tomorrow!!

Considering your problems you explained me over the phone, I am not pursuing this matter any more. Hope with your measures you will have much lesser dissatisfied customers now.
