Dispute not resolved ticket closed

HI,

I won a bid on ebay for item #6811698007 "IBM Thinkpad T30 Series Laptop Battery (#6811698007)" The item was not delivered. I opened an item not delivered ticket on ebay.

I see the trouble ticket is closed as there is no action for 90 days.

I have iether recieved the battery nor the money has been refunded to my credit card.

Now if I try reopening the trouble ticket, the system doesn't allow me to do so.

Where do I go for help?

Dear gglalwani,

All listings will automatically gets deleted after 90 days.

When ever you file a dispute, It should be closed within 60 days.

The main Point to be noted here is that.....


The buyer can close the dispute

1. if the seller does not respond within 10 days.

2. Anytime after the seller responds and at least 17 days have passed since the item listing closed.

After closing the dispute you have to escalate this to a claim. .
