This is absolutely pathetic share that Ebay guarantee is totally fake! I had raised a claim with ebay on 21st oct 2015., and approved on 8th of nov 2015.Ref my claim Id 1359371. But till today 14th Jan 2016., i didnt receive the amount. I had called more than 30 times to the customer care of ebay india., but unfortunately I could listen only those fake promises of ' will receive your refund in 48 hrs and 72 hrs'. I had contacted higher authorities of ebay also., noway of getting back my money.
