I have got an item not as described and recieved item is duplicate and not working...
ordered for samsung evo 32 gb 48mb/s card and recieved 24 mb/sec fake card ,tried for warranty registration and its rejected reason is warranty already over... called seller and he told me he is not listed any items and he dont know about ebay ...there is no price tag,no information about importer,no manufacturing date or imported date and no invoice...
many customer cheated by this fraud seller you can see negative feeedback for same item..how ebay close item without asking or discussing me...
what to do ? i need refund or replace with original memory card as described with full warranty
your team close my claim without discussing with me and send me mail your claim closed.
In my life this is worst experience with ebay and I feel you guys are no more interested in getting new business, If you are giving this type of services then you may not survive in the market.
