Hi friends , Normally all funds withdrawn from Paypal to our bank account are credited within 3 to 5 days .
I have withdrawn some funds on 19th feb 09 . Paypal shows funds already transfered but they are not received in my ICICI account till date . Anybody else also facing same problem ???????

Paypal seem to have an office in India but their address and contact information is not available anywhere .:(

Dear Seller Friends,

As everyone know, Pay Pal is owned by Ebay, and both Ebay , as well as Pay Pal teams are at this moment working tirelessly to resolve the issue.

I myself have funds in Pay Pal and have full trust in Ebay as well as Pay pal that they will resolve the issue at the earliest.

Till the time , any of the Ebay members who wish to withdraw funds urgently from their Pay Pal account , can use www.Xoom.com , although they charge somewhere to 3% of the transaction amount, but you will receive the funds to your accounts within 3 to 5 days itself.

Also if you have your credit card verified with Pay Pal, you can withdraw funds directly to your credit card.

Every business faces problems , but the most important thing is the step taken to resolve the issue , so that similar situation does not arise again.

I am sure that Ebay and Pay Pal are doing their best and will eradicate the problem permanently so that we can do our business smoothly.

Kind Regards
Sunil

Delay in PayPal Funds Transfer

Dear Sellers,

Please don't misguide the other sellers by stating that you received a call from PayPal. That thing would never happen.

Wire transfer was what we earlier did, which is now stopped and hence this issue.

Though PayPal or eBay may tell you that the issue will be resolved soon, it won't. This will take a few months as per RBI. Don't believe what PayPal says. They aren't professional. PayPal is caught sleeping and from the responses that you all have received from them so far are enough to prove that they won't do anything to resolve this issue. Lets accept this fact. Be prudent now and know your "trusted friend".

Sarcasm apart, I have a resolution to this. Long back, I sold an item on ebay.in and it was purchased by a person in Kazakhstan who paid via PaisaPay. So we can all list items in ebay.in with international visibility. The listing cost would be exhorbitantly expensive but that is what we can do to continue our business. ebay.in may consider to reduce the international visibility fee, if they want to help. There is nothing more they can do too.

FYI - The emails send to farhad@PayPal.com are answered by some untrained and unprofessional representatives who only complete their "email targets" by sending canned responses. I have received 5 responses from PayPal in last 48 hours and all of them are nothing but digital waste.

Finally, all the large scale sellers will be "Glad" to know that the withdrawal limit for Indian accounts is Just USD 2500.00 So now this "Great" company called PayPal will also put sanctions on our business by limiting the transaction volume.

I would like to accept BPO and cheques from UK but I am sure if I mention that in my listing page, the representatives in ebay.co.uk will remove my listings projecting me as a "Potentially Fraudulent Seller". At that time they won't see the Top Rated Seller logo next to my user ID (LOL)

Tenured eBay sellers on International platform, please put your comments on this.

Kind Regards,
real.phoenix

Dear all, I think in this uncertain situation we should not waste more time & start withdrawing through Cheques which is the only available option at present . a few years back also we used to withdraw payments through paypal the same way without any problem apart from just a little delay .

Delay in PayPal Funds Transfer

Hi.

I agree with real.phoenix & Narinder, all that they have written is correct, I don't think so any one has received wire transfers, this is wrong information being spread by category managers of ebay, I also got many calls form them confirming the same.

Also it is very much true regarding responses from PayPal all of them are nothing but digital waste. Only once I had got positive response form farhad@PayPal.com & then same caned responses.

As suggested by one of the member I have also tried Xoom.com, but this also will not work if your account has an India address, I got this massage : Your Xoom Money Transfer Has Been Cancelled, Intra transfer within India is not allowed.

We should not waste time & loose business, you can withdraw through Cheque which is the only BEST available option at present.

:-)

What is the special service you have got form ebay?, they are just making calls & giving false assurances ONLY.
