Delay in PayPal Funds Transfer

Hi friends , Normally all funds withdrawn from Paypal to our bank account are credited within 3 to 5 days .
I have withdrawn some funds on 19th feb 09 . Paypal shows funds already transfered but they are not received in my ICICI account till date . Anybody else also facing same problem ???????

Paypal seem to have an office in India but their address and contact information is not available anywhere .:(

No calls or Messages from eBay or paypal till date.
as usual eBay pinks pretend to be the last persons to know about these situations ,perhaps waiting for an instruction from their bosses to write some readymade politically correct answer...;-).

Biggest thing is that the banks have no clue whatever. So had to withdraw cash against credit card because so many items waiting for despatch. Customers will not think twice before giving negative feedback. Had not withdrawn cash against credit card for years!
it is not just paypal which is to blame our strict laws are to blame too let us face that. We talk of competing with the west.... big laught... here if you are caught with even 100 dollars you go to jail.. how are we going to do global trade..even xoom is in trouble so that means it is the laws in India. But paypal must keep us updated too!

perhaps following RBI circular has created all the problem with NEFT transfers . My local customers within India have also reported rejection of NEFT transfers sent by them.

pl. check the following RBI circular dated 5th aug 2010 issued to all banks by RBI :

Cosy.... maybe you are correct even ebay remittance has not come in for some of my frnds which was sent in on Monday...Oh God ... what an awful mess...

you got it to, I'm Use Paypal more then 3 Year,

now I got Money in Morning Time, and before and always i got money in night time ...or after 3PM

its RBI Time, and I already done this before,

mostly Money Came From Paypal in 3PM after or late night 9PM after,


so don't worried you got Money!
