Delay in PayPal Funds Transfer

Hi friends , Normally all funds withdrawn from Paypal to our bank account are credited within 3 to 5 days .
I have withdrawn some funds on 19th feb 09 . Paypal shows funds already transfered but they are not received in my ICICI account till date . Anybody else also facing same problem ???????

Paypal seem to have an office in India but their address and contact information is not available anywhere .:(

And if this is not possible, please dont call for payment till the paypal issue is resolved.

To apply for IEC is not difficult. It may take up to 45 days to receive the same. If you reside in Mumbai, you can get it in 1 day over the counter. There is just one form to fill. I would recommend that you contact a consultant who can guide you with this. A little bit of investment will save time and also avoid any frustration.

Getting IEC is not a difficult process. Please don't think Indian Govt. procedures are difficult. Just follow the right channel and you will get it done.

Hi,
Can I safely presume that I shall be able to get money before say middle of march?
Those in Calcutta can go to DGFT office in Esplanade East and employ an agent to get IEC.It is easy.
