Delay in PayPal Funds Transfer

Hi friends , Normally all funds withdrawn from Paypal to our bank account are credited within 3 to 5 days .
I have withdrawn some funds on 19th feb 09 . Paypal shows funds already transfered but they are not received in my ICICI account till date . Anybody else also facing same problem ???????

Paypal seem to have an office in India but their address and contact information is not available anywhere .:(

same here withdraw 1000usd on 9 th feb,amount is not in my bank neither in my paypal account,dont know where it is
requested chq now of remaining balance hope that i will get atleast in time

As PayPal is taking so long time to restore its servces. They should allow International Wire Transfer. This will also save alot of money as our Banks will give the best possible exachange rate. Everybody knows that PayPal is charging 2.5 % for currency conversion.

Please can you confirm how do you send these checks to INDIA. By Post or Courier ?

If by courier which company you normally send through, so that I can plan & leave instructions accordingly.

I have got 7 such responses when I requested to extend my withdrawal limit.

bestofkashmir, if you have prior experience with withdrawal through cheque, could you please tell me how long does it take for the check to reach to us? Thanks in advance.

Can someone recommend any better option? Is it feasible to use a brother/sister/friend's PayPal account attached with US or UK bank and carry on business as usual? What could be the problem if we do this?

to all ebay members and sellers ,i yesterday received a call from Mr. Navin ,he said that we should go for cheques and the time involved in this process is around 15 days ,so now i request you all that think in a perspective that you will withdraw money in every 15 days and we all this way can set our payment cycles and pay accordingly and like we Indians do we file our returns at the last moment on last working day (talking generally ) so why to make a issue about paypal ,i suggest you all to keep your cool and set your payment cycles accordingly ,may be there is a possibility that paypal may send cheques through dhl but this is under process and may take some more time
