A completely defective LENOVO phone has been delivered to me which doesnt even have feature to listen another person, the speaker or listening device is not working at all. I have to use either Loudspeaker or Handfree to talk someone. Is this a minor defect for which ebay TPA has rejected my claim and denied to refund my hard earned money. So you expect me to Call and talk topeople with handfree or on loud speaker for Whole life. This was my first experience with Ebay inspite of negative response by my friends I went ahead for this worst shopping exoerience ever. Moreover, No response from either Ebay or the Seller as well, what do you expect the customer to do in this situation.. Not ever expected
Refund my Money or replace this defected piece of yours as m not gonna tolerate such cheatings on innocent customers
Ebay simply cant deecline my refund or else ask your seller to resolve the problem ASAP..
