Friends,
I had ordered a SD card. I received the SD card and its seal was open. Since, the actual product was packed under Ebay cover envelop, I could not anticipate that and accepted the courier. The SD card is not functioning and I raised a replacement claim same day.
Ebay has rejected the claim saying it is under manufacture warranty. They want me to visit the service center, the cost of visit is more than price of product and my entire day is wasted.
I told them that my basic concern was that seal was tampered and defected product is delivered. Seller mobile is also always switch off, yet they are not ready to listen and help.
They have closed the claim !!
