I have reviewed my Detailed Seller Ratings (DSRs) performance over the past few months and have noticed a gradual fall in one of the parameters.
I feel that buyers should be able to give half-star ratings as well. This would definitely (in my view) reduce greatly the number of 4 star ratings a Seller gets. He would instead be rated 4.5 (again my own feeling).
I would suggest EBAY to think over this suggestion.
