Can you please update on this? Please note that I have called 10 times and had a chat for 3 times with 2 ref IDs for the same and 6 mails with no responses. Your phone lines are always busy or continuously engaged.

Need help now. I had an update 15 days back on chat that I SHALL GET MY ITEM BY 30th of JAN i.e., TODAY but still NO RESPONSE. Can you please take some action as am really dissatisfied with the false communication in this regard.

Hello i tried to chat and when I explained my problem, they ended the session! This is the worst Ebay service I ever seen
