Dear Buyers & Sellers,Iam selling in Ebay from the past 3 years.After this Bitter Experience,I decided to Quit Selling In Ebay because of the crappy EBAY Claim Adjuster Mr.Talha.

one of my Buyer purchased Brand new HTC one v and i sent it via Speed Post ET149179775IN.There were no Complaints in Speed post as of now from the past 3 years.The buyer simply opened claim #195443 for Item not received Issue.I have sent the proof of despatch and i was yet to send the POD copy.

But Mr.TALHA simply closed the claim in favour of the buyer without even asking the seller's concern.SHAME ON YOU.Please never repeat this again.Sellers like me will suffer a lot and its a matter of 12600 bucks.These guys from Ebay are simply closing the claims without even asking the sellers.Ebay Is getting money not only from the paisapay Commission.We sellers do pay selling fees regularly.Mind it.

Now the Buyer has got both his money as well as the Brand New phone.Someone from the intended department please look into it and try to reopen the claim if you are kind-hearted.Or else leave it.Its better to sell in a shop.

Are you making fun of me?

Dont simply refund the buyers without checking the tracking details for the paisapay ID 33551862267 & 33546165661.The item is been in transit and the other has been delivered.Please dont take decisions in favour of the buyers always.

As of now,I lost 12600+344+344 rupees in ebay for 3 items.Buyers are happy with both the Item as well as the refund amont.AM I DOING BUSINESS OR SOCIAL SERVICE IN EBAY?

No resolution in posting ur worries here.Please stop selling in Ebay and open a shop.It gains u much contacts.I started after getting this bitter experience in Ebay.My shop is running successfully now.Dont believe these kind of stupid virtual Shops.

This whole problem with sellers are due to the country head.

When you give job like country head to young employees with no experience then this is what happens.

I thought that contacting him will help resolve problems but no use. I have sent him emails only to see his employees dis regarding him. Selling on TRADUS is better, only problem there is that they ask you to register your shop and send them papers to start the account.

Hello All people. i am facing a wrost nightmare that i ever had thought of i had shiiped an item the buyer received the item 2 hrs after he received he opened a claim item not as described. i asked him to return the item for exchange he stopped answering my calls got a call from a claim adjuster Mr Vijay stating that we will ask the buyer to ship the item back neither i have received the item and my payment is still with ebay. please help me what should i do next i am in a deep trouble and i am not a rich man now i feel like i have lost everything why ebay does not favour sellers where do we go if we have a problem buyer always has an upper hand and so called EBAY GURANTEE

Buyer has informed us that he has received an empty parcel Item, hence we request you to provide us with Copy of Proof of
Dispatch for this transaction(Weight proof),Scanned Copy of proof of delivery (signed by buyer) ,and declaration from Speed Post that the item had been delivered to the buyer in intact condition at insellerverification@ebay.com .

I strongly advice you to ask ebay for a affidavit by the buyer that he actually received a empty box.

2 things are bothering me here.

1. Why did a buyer accept an empty box when time and again ebay has been telling every buyer to check the content of the package before receiving it.

2. When you sent the package through SPEEDPOST then you should have got a receipt for the same. That piece of paper has the weight mentioned on it. Just can a copy or take a photo of that paper and send it to the claims adjuster.

Now, if ebay still does not pay you the money then visit your local lawyer and file a complaint in cyber cell as well as with the local consumer forum. The lawyer fee and the request to shift the case to Chennai will be done and relevant documents will have to be provided by eBay as eBay has taken the responsibility of mediating the dispute or handeling transaction. Because you are paying money to eBay for every transaction hence this will be admissible in consumer court as you are a paying customer of ebay.

But before doing all this, send the copy of that receipt to ebay team.

Thank god. Ebay have now re-open my case and ask my buyer to pay me the amount after providing all the documents like Proof of delivery , the manifest of courier company where buyer signed.

Now, claim adjuster have realized that they have made a mistakes to taking decision.
Some people can go their whole lives and never really live for a single minute.

Hi,

I purchased the MMX 3 D on 19 thru Ebay and got the same on 22 may, It was perfect till 3 days .. on th efourth day while making outgoing calls its flashlight goes off and no. pad does not appear and teh call hangs, do not read the memory card...When i complaint to Ebay for their so called 30 day gurantee period they took 6-7 hrs and told mam this is under manufacturer warranty so they will not do anything.. to make my case worst when I contacted the MMX they told me Mam u r eligible for the replacement if u complaint within 7 day.. what a damn response it was.. a common person will definately go to the place from where he/she purchased teh item rather then directly going ti the manufacturer...
SO all do not go by the fake promises of these online shopping websites and do not trust them as I suffered a huge loss within 8 days of purchasing this phone from Ebay...
