Customer Service not up to mark

My claim was opened on 17 Ja 2014 and i received a call on the very next day saying that our officer will call you in next 5 days. Today it is 29 Jan 2014 and i am sure that any one will not be aware about my issue. I have already started publishing this fraud on social networking website if you can see please check my FB status as i have already raised the same in public and till now i have received appr. 200 comments on it.

 

Now i need double money for inconvience caused to me as i have paid on 1 Jan and still you guys are not aware ablout my issue. I have all the mails and call recording which i have received from you and i am Manager in a Travelling company having best friend on designation of Lawyer so, be ready for the action and worng image in public.

 

I will wait till tomorrow 3 PM than i will start my work. Also don't call me if you are not ready to process double refund to me for my inconvience.
