I called ebay.in customer care and they give US international number to contact.
I am not going to waste thousands of rupees for a Rs. 300 item.
If you can close the case, I will order one more otherwise, I dont want to waste my time into this.

yesterday i had a fail online transaction on ebay.while the online transaction process i received a message of technical error and order cannot be processed please try later.but rupees 149 has been deducted from my bank accouny and did not reversed to my bank account later.my bank transaction number for the order is ***.kindly check and do the needful as soon as possible.

hi,
I used ebay for first time and a seller named saurabh shipped me my product: PaisaPay ID 37540518629 which was a woodland black wallet of 140 rs + 30 rs shipping charge. It delivered But I found its defective. Instead where we have card holder space its torn a little at 2 places, and outside where near the boundary there is stitching its come out.
I spoke to saurabh who took my order (seller), initially he was soft spoken but later when I asked for cancellation and he said it will take time and started teaching me that it is just 140 rs that you have spent and all.. Neither he had any idea of the cancellation or exchange process which was very rude of him and alot of dis-respect for a customer. If we are spending Rs. 1 or Rs 140 it should not matter. If quality is wrong that too a woodland brand wallet, I dont want it. But that was just very rude of him to cut the phone.

very bad experience about e-bay.
i ordered a DELL NEW laptop from e-bay, but i got a used laptop.
PROBLEMS ARE:
1. Damaged Display ( dark smudge around the edges)
2. Different processor: Given in the website= i3 3217U 1.8GHz Sent to me = i3 3227U 1.9GHz
3. Different Battery: Capacity of the battery 65Wh (given in the website) 40Wh (sent to me)
4. OS 8 is not original and it was installed 2 years ago (2012) which is unexpected for a new laptop
5. Laptop restarts shortly after booting everytime, showing the error.
6. they didn't give any original warranty card, dell driver cd, dell packing box.
Now i want e-bay pick up the package from here and REFUND Money. i paid Rs. 28,563/-
