I received a Coupon("Coupon for Reimbursement of Courier Charges: Claim No.:-139764 SR# 1-5904780627 ") as courier reimbursement worth 1300/- on 15th Dec, i purchased one item using that voucher on 20th Dec(item number 180924373309) but the seller cancelled the transaction without informing and i lost my coupon, so regarding this i had a chat with "Jamila S." on 21st dec she told me that i will receive a reply from promotion team within 7 days with a fresh new coupon. After 10 days i again contacted ebay because no one had contacted me.So this is 2nd time i contacted and i received a reply that i will get my coupon within 48hrs, but no reply then 3rd time i contacted i was told that currently there are no coupons. Then waited for some more days and 4th time chat got disconnected many times then 5th time that is on 14jan2013 i had a chat with "Harshad R. 06:13:43
Just now I confirmed with my team mate and no need to worry they will call you within next 24 to 48 hrs for the same." The time is passed but still i didnt received any reply. Can any one please let me know whether i will get the coupon or not...

even i am waiting for my 250 coupon for a refunded order...but ebay not giving the same

My Concern is if ebay dosent want to refund coupon for failed transaction then they should clearly say NO,its finished. but every time they are taking us a roller coaster ride....i say why? If you have to give, give it and finish if off or dont give at all

i had coupn of 250 off on 500, I used it on order but it wsas later refunded to me on my claim. Now, they are saying that coupon is not issued by ebay, so they will not reissue a coupn. Actually, they dont have proper reply so neglecting the same.
