eBay

i had coupn of 250 off on 500, I used it on order but it wsas later refunded to me on my claim. Now, they are saying that coupon is not issued by ebay, so they will not reissue a coupn. Actually, they dont have proper reply so neglecting the same.

even i am waiting for my 250 coupon for a refunded order...but ebay not giving the same
