Couldnt enter shipping details, now the auomatic refund in intiated .

I have shipped an item no #251116265149 but couldnt enter the shipping details over repeated try.
Its crossed five days and I didnt knew of this rule. The shipping details will match with my tracking number. What should I do now.

Call the courier co. and ask them not to deliver the item.

The item has been delivered, the buyer has confirmed over ebay message he has received the parcel. But as he is not canceling the paisapay automatic refund I dont know what to do. Does DTDC provide POD? Coz without that ebay wont agree of the same. where as I having the booking receipt and online confirmation of delivery as well. Any help?

Yes, DTDC will provide POD. Also, ask the buyer to confirm the receipt of item from My eBay / My PaisaPay. Finally, contact eBay CustCare ASAP.
