What on earth is "gupshup"? I can almost guess. Only almost, because I don't understand Hindi as I'm from Chennai. But how many eBay users do you think know the meaning of 'gupshup'?
I wonder who eBay is targeting in India. If you had any sense of localisation/globalisation, you'd choose for this section of this discussion board a title that can be understood by all Indian users.
A truly global site doesn't make illiterate mistakes like these. You're supposed to be PAN-Indian to reach all Indian users, not North or South Indian.
