Contacting ebay executive thru tollfree, very long wait time

Currently if we need to communicate ebay customer care executive, it take more then 20-30 minutes in waiting and still we are unable to talk to executive. even if we use online generated onetime passcode
This is very frustrating.
Kindly do something to reduce this wait time.

Day by day claim ratio is increasing and complains are increasing. 90% claims are pending and not providing solutions or pending for some another reasons. Due to these reasons, there are calling increasing too. Ebay customer care executives are good listeners trained listeners. They are listening every customer's complain very carefully but not taking any actions on same. Obiviously it will take some time to address other customer. I called 9 times for my refund of Rs.180/- and called 5 times for Rs.19,000/- refunds. Status of both cases are remaining same. Worst services I never seen my life.
