1. It feels great when your work is being recognised.

2. I am not scared about negative feedbacks from day 1. It's just an opinion of a product from a customer. It helps to correct our mistakes and makes us to improve our services.

3. I use Selling Manager Pro, Markdown Manager, Sales Reports Plus.

4. I use Auctiva for Cross-Promotions.

5. I have found very good sales in June to Oct.

6. Yes, One customer ordered a 5 pcs of Nokia crystal case for Rs.75 each and thought he has ordered 5 pcs of Nokia phones.. It made me a lot of time to make him understand. Even he too co-operated well and the deal was canceled.

7. I am a cool guy.. never fight in a phone call. (Just joking).. :^O

My AM Mr. Elvis is really a nice person and has helped me a lot.

8. Yes, I do love to go with the motor cycle though I own a car.. 🙂

9. I don't import from China.. But I buy some good quality Chinese products like CD Pouches from Indian retailers..

10. My only suggestion is sell honestly and give good service to buyers. Don't be rude to customers as they play an important role in business. ---------------
