The above is the response which I got today on 13th Feb 2013. I have received a call from the courier people on 30th Jan night 7:00 PM .I had given my home address of Pune . However due to a family emergency I had to leave the City including my husband .The same was well explained to the delivery people and they agreed to deliver the same to my office.But the best part is they denied on 31st Jan at 3:00 PM i.e. at the last juncture.Now post we have come back my husband spoke to Ebay CC yesterday on 12th Feb and they informed that the same was escalated and the good would be delivered within 2 days.Now I have received an email stating the good has been returned to the seller and I would be refunded.I have spoken to FEDEX and the Ebay CC and they explained no way to get the good back.In today's world this is really a concern how can we function without looking into or hearing to our customer and without the flexibility????????????????????
