I have ordered something dated 12 oct 2014. I have not recieved that item from Bule Dart which are stating there is delay from the.
In case this items does not gets delivered by the promise date 21 oct 2014. How I can make formal complaint against eBay because i have paid for extra 200.00 (that are the shipping charges). I am not responsible for this delay. Please help.
