Community Court System is not transparent to buyer

Hi,

recently I leave negative feedback for sending low quality item. Eventually seller raised appeal in the community court. They asked my comments on the case but there is no way for me/buyer to see seller’s feedback on my comments. I don't know what happened after that but I received one email saying that your negative rating has been removed.
Is there any criterion for becoming a jury member? Since most of the buyers dot not have time to see other cases, I don't think there is a good proportion of buyer jury members. And if there is a majority of sellers in Jury, negative ratings will always be removed.
Honestly speaking, I am not happy with this system and I loose my faith on eBay. This has forced me think twice before buying anything for eBay any more.

if I wanted, i would have easily absorbed buyers money. AWB clearly shows item delivered and paisapay would have well reject INR case of the buyer. But i went ahead and honored the refund request. is this what we get for honesty? a negative fb? Have appealed in CC, please help every one.

I have decided. once i am back with my items i will not let new ebayers with feedback count less then 10 buy from me.


to buy from us u need ebaying experence. The buyer will still leave negatives for his purchase but i have decided i will not be that bechara seller. not any more

just let me know if I am wrong - eBay receives a commission for each item sold, FROM THE SELLER. So WHAT GIVES YOU THE IDEA THAT EBAY WILL SUPPORT A NEGATIVE FEEDBACK??!!
