If neutral is also considered for DSR rating And for SNP then why not have community court for Appealing against the neutral feedback
A Seller should have rights to defend him self even when it is a neutral feedback coz EBay considers neutral feedback when they calculate SNP and DSR
What are my fellow sellers thinking about this?
Thanks

bhushan.mehta has proved every genuine sellers point that why there should be Community Court Required For Neutral Feedback Withdrawal.
Dear bhushan.mehta, NEVER JUDGE A BOOK BY ITS COVER. As mentioned earlier we have no time to argue nor provide any justification to no-one concerned to us, infact we thank you for not dealing with us as time & energy is saved on either side. It seems you have all the time in the world, so please continue with your baseless, pointless & irrelevant seller bashing (someone has really got on your nerves & you are taking it out on anyone/everyone), whereas for us we end the discussion with you here & you may happily have your last say or go on & on... As said earlier, No hard feelings for you, but you are just so naive :).
This post is for issues faced by genuine sellers who are asking eBay to look into the matter. We strongly feel that there should be community court for Neutral feedback also.
Best Regards (to bhushan.mehta too),

i invite all to check out my stats and find for yourself how many people have left non-standard compliments on my purchases. they can judge for themselves whether i am the ideal case for contesting neutral feedback.
you have equal amount of time on your hands for your consistent and increasingly vague replies.
i totally understand your narrow point of view. after all, rajniti is all about bashing the person when you can't bash his point. you can't delete the post where you call your buyers good for nothing, so you feel the only way out is to bash me for pointing it out. it is such a pity you fail to see this as a way to see an alternate point of view, and rather prefer to indulge in personal confrontations.
you have been excluded from the searches in my search preferences. kindly return the favor. -- Signature: I am Jack's complete lack of surprise.

Just to demonstrate why this neutral removal appeal in CC is necessary I would like to put forward some of neutrals which I have received..
1- I needed Abercrombie shirt but infact seller shipped MUFTI Brand shirt.
[ I had shipped buyer a replacement shirt as because of an error in eBay servers qty of items is changing on its own, Buyer was satisfied and was happy with the shirt he got.. Still??? ]
2- Took money stoped contact, shiped 12days later, Charge Rs1000 but ship for Rs500
[ Is this thing even possible on eBay to do.. Buyer makes me laugh. Just left neutral instead of negative so that I cannot even remove this by community court ]
3-Listing displayed 30 waist but received 32. Hardly matters.. Still happy.
[ Biggest comedy, I send buyer correct size which fits him instead of the wrong size he bought... And I get neutral..]
4-I was not all the more satified with the quality so i left a neutral feedback
[ Buyer bought Black piece and wanted white to be sent, we sent what was available and we get neutral.. ]
5-Shirt worth Rs.100 sold for 300,very cheap quality shirt, found in local streets
[ This feedback came to us from a fellow seller in same category, So no prize for guessing why we got the negative.]
6-Top is Very Loose (bigger an'M'size) .But Seller Is Very Cooperative. Recomended . Thanx
Buyer felt I was co-operative because I offered him full exchange inspite of him selecting wrong size, But was I deserving a neutral?
I have taken examples from my own feedback profile just to show how difficult it is for a seller to servive in this biased environment. These are the only neutrals I have got till date and in all above items my buyers had an option of returning the item..
So its must for eBay to educate buyers specially the new ones the importance of feedback and DSR System. This example will prove the need of DSR education-
" Quality Product and delivered in time. Deserves 4-star rating."
And This is one of my positive feedback...
Also we are noticing that how some buyers who understand eBay mechanism a little extra utilize neutrals to lower a sellers DSR as they know that an unfair neutral cannot be removed by community court unlike an unfair negative.
I sincerely hope that eBay will consider our appeal.

i need to ask here, do you advocate removal of feedback or revision of feedback, in case of neutral feedback? most of your neutral feedback can be easily revised to a positive one by revision. would revision not serve as a better means to even educate the buyers of how DSR works, rather than causing resentment on complete removal of feedback? can buyers not be intimated to revise feedback, failing which eBay will revise it for them?

Sir, I would love to get these feedback revised but eBay has some thorns spilled over everywhere, We can only get 4 feedback revised per year. So I cant spare those limited few for neutrals but need them for some necessary negatives where buyer accidentally or by mistake leaves negative.
Yes you read it correct, buyers leave negatives by mistake, it has happened with me twice...
If these neutrals can affect DSR I feel they should be open to scrutiny of community court.
Also I feel DSR system should not be used in India unless buyers start understanding the System. though it can be kept there as pilot but using it for suspending sellers is harsh. Just an example see DSR's of any seller who is only selling outside India - it would be always over 4.8 in all fields ,
Compare it with the DSR of an Indian Seller selling only in India, Its awesome if its over 4.5
eBay Revising feedback is something which I have unheard of till now..

The first question is "How accurate was the item description" and the subsequent answers to this question are:
1. Item not received
2. Quality did not match item description
3. Item was damaged
4. Item was counterfeit, replica or an unauthorised copy
5. Wrong item
6. Other
Now just tell me how are these answers relevant to the "Item description" question. I mean how can you have item not received or Item damaged or wrong item as an answer to the question "How accurate was the item description"
The last question in this form is "How reasonable were the shipping and handling charges" and the choices provided are completely irrelevant especially the 3rd choice-ship the item with less expensive service than you paid for. No one on ebay.in gives a choice of courier service used to buyers so why this answer. This is a lift-off from ebay.us where the sellers list the carriers and their rates differently but how is this relevant in India and if someone wants to screwup your DSR who has received a parcel by speedpost thinks that my seller did not ship by a reputable courier and hence saved money and gives a rating of 1-2 then what happens ??.
The fourth last answer choice is also wrong, when a buyers buys multiple items under one paisapay id then though he has been charged shipping separately for each item the sellers is surely going to ship it as one consignment and the buyers is 100% going to get upset by this fact but how do you blame the sellers for this and this is one more reason for getting low DSRs
It is high time that ebay makes the questionnaire more India specific and stop asking the buyers stupid questions.
