Purchased Xiaomi Note3 from eBay which was received in used condition and half led poorly as lots of scratches are visible on rear panel.
Claim was open on 8th August. So, far no action has been taken l, customer care is not worth and same is with grievances. Number of emails and calls been done to eBay and grievances but got no help. Even the seller is not registered with eBay anymore. I am forced to move to consumer court as eBay is unable to serve the customer.
