Dear Sir,

I have received iphone 4s hard cover against the following order - PaisaPay ID 32091476885. Since, installation of this new cover the signal reception for iphone has gone worse and I am also facing problems while connecting iphone to my laptop via wifi.

Request you to kindly take the product back and refund my money.

Got youGot your point. I do not think its in the policy of eBay. Because buyer purchase items from their own will.

You must have to ensure before you buy regarding the compatibility of the product with yours.

As seller have sent item according to the description, i wont think seller will exchange or refund you for this.

Please note that the product description clearly states that it will improve signal reception. Also, the seller clearly has written that product is compatible with iphone 4s.

Also, bad signal reception clearly violates the product description.

Please guide in the above issue.
