Frustating experience with ebay paisa pay.

I raised a paisa pay claim id: 113856 on the 18th Aug. I have been following up with a defective product. Each call to customer care is returned with a new assurance. Last time I was being said that I will receive a mail from one Ms. ABC(i won't put name this time) regarding the process of returning the item to the seller. And no points for guessing...I haven't received any communication from piasa pay.

Hi,

I just checked with my bank yesterday and i have not received any money from paisapay from the time i started selling on ebay. Though we have received Beneficiary payment advice from ebay that says the amount has been transferred into my account but when i checked with the bank the money has not been transferred at all. Not even a single rupee has been transferred into my account. i have been selling since march and nothing has been transferred into my account.

This is very important to me as i have sold a lot of products on ebay and have not got the payment into my account for even one product. This is a very serious issue and i want reply on these urgently.
