I am a seller from Chennai. Now, I offer free shipping to buyers from Chennai and paid shipping to buyers out of Chennai.
Now for some users who are slightly on the outskirts of Chennai i.e outer areas, but clearly within Chennai limits with a 600xxx zip code within the Chennai Corporation limits are being considered as out of Chennai and charged for Shipping.
This is clearly wrong and I have got quite a few messages from buyers who are disappointed because of this
Ebay's calculation of Chennai's local locations definitely need an updated
