Beware dear buyers.!! I have cheated three times on ebay i paid money through paisapay, recently i have purchased mp3 player from photoshopindia(Seller Name)10 days before also he promised to ship the product. but he is not sent anything no responses to emails also.

im a seller here i lost 3500rs i shipped a product buyer says not received and money went back to my im stranded.
i am goin to withdraw all expensive items out of ebay list as i cant afford to lose more just like that.
ebay selling and buying is done totally on faith ppl some times mis use it very badly.
so its not only about buying even selling is very risky as buyers r more protected by ebay. India has not got used 2 net business yet. even courier ppl can take out shipment.

eBay's so-called "Buyer-protection" programme is a just a sham. I have been cheated at least four times and haven't recieved a single paisa in refund. On the last occasion (item# 1702683), the seller himself acknowledged reciept of payment through e-mail and then disappeared. I had paid through DD, sent to the seller directly by my bank. According to eBay, the seller's acknowledgement of receipt of payment is not acceptable as proof. This simply defies common sense! A number of other buyers have since left negative feedback for that seller, but eBay hasn't even suspended his account. I have been a member since 2006, but since the last year or so I have really been finding it tough to continue trading on eBay.

Hi,
I have an item of Rs50k.
I have decided not to list here because half the buyers are nonpaying destructives. Give them reminder and you are dumped with negatives.
I know it is a hot item. But I cant take big risk. I shall not pay 2500 bucks as FVF nonpaying fees.
I pay about 500 bucks every month for these nonpaying buyers.
Ebay should agressively unregister nonpaying buyers.
Ebay has decided to close its blog.
Not much charm is left.
Man does not live by bread alone.But ebay does.

I was denied the assured gift by Ebay.
I bought a netbook worth 18600, on 18th September, 2009 and made the payment through Paisapay (PaisaPay ID 25292320592) on 21st Spetember 2009. The Diwali gift scheme, as the Customer Care professional wrote, ran from 16th September 2009 till 17th October 2009. while making the payment, the gift was never mentioned. Now i have come to know that there are more people like me who're being cheated everyday by false promises and indecent trading at ebay.
This is a shame!

never trust ebay buyer protection programme...Its just a fake. Ive purchased a memory card on August month item no. 25048717616 and till date ive not recieved the item. The refund of my money also not recieved till date. Ive send various requests and till date no use. So please dont trust this... If u want to buy just spend very low items below 500/-. Otherwise ull suffer a lot and never trust this ebay protection...its just a fake...If anyone know is there any legal way to get the money from the ebay....please reply me

On the 27th of October 2009, I made a payment to seller 'jainlalit' an amount of Rs.34,950/-. I made this payment using the Paisapay Option of Online bank Transfer. The Amount has been shown as Debited from my HDFC Bank Statement. But till today the 1st of November, they are still showing the Status of "Payment is being processed".
I made a number of calls to them to either finish up the payment process or have the money refunded. Having read all the posts out here, I think paisepay will go all out to delay the refunding process.
What I want to know is, can I take up legal action for this fraud on the part of ebay (paisepay). I will not let them off so that in future they will again not resort to cheating SELLERS or BUYERS.

Dear buyer..
I was cheated by "universalseller09". I bought one 6GB MP3, MP4 player from that seller. They send me the Item but the charger they send me is the worst one. Even in that player there is no point to fit that chargers jack. only USB jack is available. but the charger is not supporting the USB jack. I mail then twice and they promissed that they will send me a new charger. but till i did not get that. They told me to change my feedback. but I did not, because till I am unhappy.

I am sorry that you feel upset with eBay. However, please note that it is mandatory for a buyer to input the promotion coupon code while making the payment to be eligible for the gift. The same has been clearly mentioned on the promotion page for benefit of the buyers.
