Beware dear buyers.!! I have cheated three times on ebay i paid money through paisapay, recently i have purchased mp3 player from photoshopindia(Seller Name)10 days before also he promised to ship the product. but he is not sent anything no responses to emails also.

If the seller not provided shipping details,within time prescribed,Ebay automatically initiate process to refund the payment to Buyer. If the seller provided fake information of shipping, buyer very well report the same to Ebay and get refund of payment. I was cheated by ebay.
I bought a netbook worth INR 18600 on 18/09/09 on auction. I made the payment on 21/09/09. I was eligible for the Diwali gift worth around INR 2000. Somehow, during payment at paypal, the window didnt open, hence I missed the deserved gift. When I wrote to the customer care, quoting their replies that the Diwali Gift schene in fact ran from 16th September 2009 till 17th October 2009, they gave vague answers, the meaning of which obviously was that they(ebay) dont care to give away the Diwali gift to me.

This query is for Vijay, i purchased a camera worth 13000 on 12th october and because the instruction's was not very clear so i missed the step to claim the free diwali gift..
Chat support agent say's that i might get it..
What should be the next step from my end?
Also I am waiting for the original product..

i always wonder how ebay is the culprit when seller does not ship the item!? ebay is the portal and they have a good refund feature attached to Paisapay.

And i notice that most of those who have complained are new buyers. I honestly suggest you read the help documentation related to Buying as well as Paisapay. Trust me it really helps! -- Signature: I am Jack's complete lack of surprise.
