I can clearly understand the situation of a buyer when he sends his hard earned money to someone whom he doesnt know for a product.
As you said that you received one product and not the other one, you should contact the seller and ask him if he is going to ship the product again. As said by you later, that the dispatch details too were incorrect, you should ask the seller about the incorrect details. We sellers have many shipments to deliver. Maybe he must have made a mistake by entering some other dispatch details. Leaving a negative feedback directly, and that too without any efforts to sort out the issue is obviously going to harm the other person. Consider yourself in his place and what would you have done if someone leaves you a negative feedback as you did, without any efforts to resolve the issue ?

Nurv

I am a new seller on eBay India. I have experienced eBay in the past few days, i.e. the buyers, the process of a transaction and especially the NEW PAISAPAY system.
I guess all the other experienced sellers on eBay India have already mentioned about the NEW PAISAPAY system, and its problems.
I would just like to tell you, that i was here to make business and a good reputation on the world's biggest online trading portal. But i am sorry to say, that i will be no more involved in trading on eBay India. The reason would be the NEW PAISAPAY system.
Had a nice experience with eBay India and eBayers !
Thanks a lot.
Regards,
Nurv

It seems wont be able to attend the chat.
So just a parting request -
Please make ebay India at least a little bit flexible about its system and rules. Please give value to the suggestions of your members (customers). Please judge the suitability of the suggestions on the boards with an open mind. Do not discard those summarily to praise the decision of ebay. Its better to accept the faults rather than trying to convince others about only the good parts of a decision. I think, accepting constructive criticism helps to build a better system.
Best Wishes for the chat and for ebay
Bye .
Best Regards 😄

I shall have to attend an ailing relative. So I shall not be here with you.
With due respect to the departed soul of Acharya Mahesh Yogi,I believe in bringing in more light, rather than fighting darkness.I shall be putting up my humble effort to make our ebay community great.
I wish members a great day.
Best wishes and regards,
Thanx,
Truly,
Amitava

From 20th Feb, 2008, ebay.com, ebay.co.uk is reducing their fees. Do you have any plans to reduce fees for international listings?

The issues i would like to raise:
1. VAT: Due to unreasonable VAT being charged by sellers on eBay, genuine sellers like ourselves will soon have to start charging higher VAT, just to remain in competition. This issue has affected our sales adversely. And since the last 2 months we are hardly recovering even our costs.
2. Paisa Pay bugs is an important issue. But overall we are satisfied with the swift remittance. - The only issue is that courier companies take some time to give POD. We need some more time incase of a refund request. The New PaisaPay rules is a little ahead of its time. Even the most reputed courier companies aren't able to meet those deadlines for providing POD.
3. -Ve feedback without a dispute shouldn't be given much weightage. Also the value of product should also be a factor in deciding how serious the dispute/-ve feedback is!!
Support by account manager is appreciable.
Selling cost should reduce, as competition from offline markets and other portals is heavy.

I am sure by this time your staff also might have been fed up with new paisapay system . They are still not able to fix the bugs in the system . Otherwise also more than 15 hours everyday Paisapay system is not found functional at all .
And now they have started asking KYC documents again .
It is never too late to rectify the mistakes done in ignorance. Just switch back to old trusted system and make everyone happy.
Thanks
Narinder
